This is true and not a miracle. Google can index your blog post within 30 min and its available in google search. This is not a new news. But this post is helpful to new bloggers and those people writing on news blogs.
Last year Google has launched “Google Blog Search Pinging Service“. The blogging websites offers services of ping and it is accepted by Google once a new post published. A blogging provider ping google directly who syndicate RSS/Atom/XML. The blogger, wordpress, etc are offering services to pings back all the blog search engines.
You can manually ping google using this url http://blogsearch.google.com/ping and see the effect within 30 minutes. Just enter your blog url A news blogger provides quick news to the people searching for the latest event using google ping.
If you have published new post indexed by Google and then if you change the heading or content in the post then there is no guarantee that Google again index the post.
